Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

    Yeah that's true I find it can be bad enough after just 6 seeks off. Had a good morning at knit and natter finished my children's mittens for the orphans in eastern Europe.

    3.8mml first thing,
    also end of week 5 low carb diet weigh in 3.8lb off this week.
    total 14lb for the 5 weeks.

    Well I am back from my trip to Somerset. Not sure if it is the hot weather but my readings have been all over the place:
    Friday am was 4.9 but reached 9.8 before bed.
    Saturday am :6.3
    Sunday am : 7.7
    Monday am: 6.0
    Today am: 6.1
