Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

    Last 7 days have been: 5.2, 5.2, 4.0, 5.7, 5.6, 4.9, 5.5 after a period of low carb intake.
    Not bad, but I don't know how long I can keep this up. Probably end up going back to a more normal diet.

    Haven't been around for a few days. Not been too good & blood glucose levels have been running much higher than usual. This morning though, was a respectable 5.2. Woo hoo. Best wishes & good health everyone. X
