Thanks HJ, I'll get some proper cream for it, I remember coffee being definitely more coffeeish when I added cream besides sugar, but I dropped cream eventually as it was too overpowering with sugar. But I guess it'll stand the trial by itself;-)

Morning all - bit of madness this morning - fasting reading was 13.1
Was it the marinade on that chicken leg at the BBQ or did I overdo it with the strawberries?

Did a meter test - 8.2 so within parameters
Drank 3 glasses of water and took my supplements, psyllium and chia seeds.

3 miles - manage an 11 min 14 sec average.

Glass of water - test - 5.5
