    Hi i'm usually between 5.2 and 6.3 but yesterday 4.9 and today 5.4

    6.4 two hours post-breakfast and exercise due to stupid stresses at work this morning.

    6.9 before school run.
    6.1 after school run but before breakfast.

    School run doesn't involve any running :)

    5.1 fasting - lowest yet.

    I'm always in the high 5s, low 6s regardless of what my number is when I go to bed.
    For example, I can go to bed with a 4.9 reading and I'll still get up and have something like 6.2.
