Mine was 6.2 this mornin which i'm happy about because it's been between 7-12 the past week! :shock:

5.9 fasting which is a relief as yesterday was the first time I had a meal in a restaurant since my stroke back in June and it was a bit of a challenge to decide what to eat.

After a few weeks on a VLCD, BG in the mornings is 3.8 - 4.2mmol, which is astonishing.

4.3 just now, usually varies from 4.1 to as high as 4.8, depending on what I've eaten, drunk and how much exercise the evening before.

A fairly high (for me) 5.7 while non-diabetic hubby checked his before having annual blood tests done with an OFGTT and his was 6.3.
I'm glad I am diabetic!
