5.6 at 08:00 today.

Let's not forget that the target range for Type 2s is between 4 and 7. I know many of us like to be at the low end, but anything in the target range is pretty good - particularly for people recently diagnosed at a much higher level. Well done, eveyone! :clap: :thumbup:

I'm off for a couple of days now - back Thursday pm.

5.3 but I can't be smug -- it was 7.1 yesterday (see -- I only post good news). Fish in the evening is always good for my levels, but I'm not going to have steamed salmon EVERY night.

7.5 this morning, day 3 of low carbing which is a lot better than the 10+ it has previously been

4.9 again :thumbup: largely due to the 20mg Gliclazide taken at teatime

Morning everyone.

my reading was 8.1 this morning on a fasting one I am new to this for testing so do not know if this is good or not

13.7 this morning. The trend is still downwards (I went to bed at 14.2 btw In fact it was within 1.1 all day yesterday)

So pleased 6.2 before breakfast. 6 after - best ever after breakfast reading so far :lol: :lol: :lol:

Oops, forgot to do mine today.

In my defense, I had someone here from early on and as she arrived before my morning cuppa, I just made us both one, then got chatting so forgot. Oh well.
