and GUESS who just got her first ever <12 result... 11.8 :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

and that was after a pear for breakfast! I wasn't feeling very hungry :mrgreen:

13.9 (went to bed at 14.2 - my liver is VERY efficient ;) )

7.3 this Morbin up from last night at 6.4. How can I get this down in the morning?

7.5 today, only started testing a few days ago went from 8.2 sun, 8.2 mon, 7.9 tue, 7.8 wed, then 7.5 today.
I know I was a lot higher than that before diagnosis because my urine tested at 4, and she said that was the highest, not sure what that means. Had loads of symptoms but they disappeared within days.
Getting used to the low carbs already.

BioHaZarD, it takes a while to get the dreaded dawn phenomenon under control, but you're doing really well, as are you Millie :thumbup:

I remembered to test this morning and was 4.8.

5.8 this morning. Direct result of the huge Indian takeaway late last night.

13.2 (from 14.3 last night)

The next few days are going to be very difficult. Travelling all day today, working on site tomorrow and then travelling all day Sunday. Time will tell how I manage! It's my first proper working trip since diagnosis.

6.9 this morning, my lowest reading since diagnosis on 10th May. Felt fuzzy all day yesterday, probably getting used to low carbs, enjoyed chicken, roast veg and cheese for dinner and a fair amount of red wine.
Travelled all day yesterday and the same today. Heading to Cornwall for a week so no pasties or fish and chips for me this time :( but better for my overall health .
If it wasn't for this forum I would have had no idea about the low carbs and getting my levels down.

Went to bed at 5.5 and woke up with 6.4

Just tested before lunch and 6.3' well chuffed 1 down from this morning.

4.9 which was a surprise as my eating was all over yesterday, and I was out all day. I did manage to keep a tight reign on the carbs I ate, so this is a small victory for me, even though a 4.9 is not unusual.
