5.3 for me at 07:30

I have a leg that is trying to get cellulitis again which could account for my couple of higher readings (anything but the chocolate! :lol: ). Seems to be coming under control now. Also been to see the GP as my blood pressure is going too high (came off Lisinopril after Christmas), and after 3 checks it's obvious I need to go back on it I don't mind so much (good for kidneys etc) but it makes my hair fall out; between that and the Metformin I'm going to be bald by Christmas :cry: .

Not a good start to the day! :wink:

If I do go bald I shall shave it all off and have my head tattoo'd. :thumbup: :crazy:

I am happy enough with that and should get Metformin next month which will hopefully help a litle. Still, a big improvement from the 11's when I first started my lower carbs.
