9.3 at 8.30am (blaming the beer i was drinking yesterday). 2 hours after brekkers - 6.7

5.8 this morning - which was a disappointment because it was down to 4.9 the 2 previous fasting readings.
Have just read the thread on adult exercise and was wondering if the higher reading is because we went ballroom/latin dancing last night.
My gp hasn't said I am diabetic, but I am pretty sure I am. My Hb-A1c was 6.3% which she described as 'a slightly raised blood sugar reading'.
This forum is great and I am learning so much

6.2 this morning which is good for me BUT I weighed myself at 13 stone 13 lbs and 3/4 - under 14 stone for the first time in about 15 years :clap: :lol:
The weight is coming off slowly and steadily, my blood sugars are coming down slowly and steadily, I don't ever feel hungry and this forum has helped in all of those things. Today is a good day! :thumbup:
