    5.3 for me at 07:30 :)

I have a leg that is trying to get cellulitis again which could account for my couple of higher readings (anything but the chocolate! ). Seems to be coming under control now. Also been to see the GP as my blood pressure is going too high (came off Lisinopril after Christmas), and after 3 checks it's obvious I need to go back on it :( I don't mind so much (good for kidneys etc) but it makes my hair fall out; between that and the Metformin I'm going to be bald by Christmas :( .

Not a good start to the day! :D

If I do go bald I shall shave it all off and have my head tattoo'd. :p

    7.7
I am happy enough with that and should get Metformin next month which will hopefully help a litle. Still, a big improvement from the 11's when I first started my lower carbs.
