12.9 this morning... had only mushrooms and bacon for breakfast and tested about 3hrs later...it was still 12. i think probably because i was in hospital this morning having dental work and i was very nervous....


now before lunch 10.4

mine was 17.4 really need to get a handle on my eating as i am now getting complications,But i tend to comfort eat and i know i should eat the things i eat but still find myself eating them.Does anyone else have this problem and do they have advise into how to face these problems and not turn to food

Hello there!

Morning levels were regularly between 6.5 - 7.5
Found a solution to (my) problem. preparation is the key to success. LOL

Vodka & slimline tonic.

Bedtime recipe = 1 pint glass fill to top with ice add 50ml of Smirnoff (triple distilled) top up with slimline tonic.
Enjoy two of these about an hour before bed. morning levels around 4.8 - 5.3 tried & tested works every time, why? haven't got a clue; but it works!
