Is it first thing in the morning with the heart racing rod? It's something I mentioned to my GP weeks ago, middle of the night racing heart when waking suddenly and not dropping off again, just had bloods done to check hormones and thyroid- both "no further action" on results, but it's still happening! Seems it will be marked down as anxiety now, but I don't feel anxious!
Hola vit90
Both! There's loads of different variations out there following on from it's 'inventor'. I thought that 2 tablespoons of both was a tad too much originally so just had 2 teaspoons. My goto is now 2 table spoos of grass fed butter and 2 tablespoons of pure coconut oil filtered coffee (caf or decaf) and then blended. You can play around with the ingredients- sweeteners, cream, eggs! But it's got to be blended. "........and enjoy.
Cheers.
The very thought of that is making me feel sick...Hola vit90

I could never afford them (implants) so it's partial denture and gaps for me. Few thousand apiece aren't they?
If you don't start humming this song after reading this you're not human (or you've never heard of the waterboys)..........
........."I saw the crescent
You saw the whole of the moon
The whole of the moon"
Weehhheeeee!
Thanks for that I'm actually a nursing assistant and a very good one at that . I care and look after people with a wide variey of needs and I can assure you that I have not encouraged anyone under my care to eat **** ! the fact that I do is my own problem . And unless u intended to amuse with ur remarks I actually found them highly y offensive !
You make your own yoghurt? How? I know there are 'starters' but no idea how or what? I prefer goat's products, could I use goat's milk? I like it 'sour' too... Thanks JTL...
That's my goal susikavDefinitely payback for working hard...Maybe you can do what some others have done here and kick the metformin into touch one day...
Thanks loulou everything went really well on the day. Just been really busy getting the old place ready to handover and unpacking and sorting out the new place. Good exerciseHope your move is going well and your settling in to your new home
And you a nurse for instruction re learning disabilities. "The sandal maker going barefooted".
I don't seem to get the liver dumps.
Why?
We had a lot of crows appear from nowhere as well but these were going mental! We have a small wooded area next to our bungalow and it was full of the **** things.reminded me of Alfred Hitchcock film The Birds. They all disappeared after the eclipseWell the eclipse came and went.
About as exciting as waiting for a bus.
The temperature dropped like a stone in a well and the odd thing were the crows .... never seen so many!
Went very quiet.
Now gone very cloudy.
That's it.
If it's a clear night tonight we have a super moon that might interest our photographers.
Hmmm yes I think perhaps you are being a little over sensitive. Most of us on here are well aware that with a few exceptions it is our lifestyle that has got us where we are today. One of the ways we deal with it is with a bit of black humour. As a health care worker you should should know all about black humour. A lot of us on here are also in the medical profession, I have been for 25 years, and to some extent it's the long hours, no meal breaks or eating on the run, stress, and all the other factors that contribute to a poor diet that has helped us along the road to diabetes. Lets face it who hasn't had a choccy bar to stave off the hunger when you don't get a break until late afternoon? I don't think any of us would have found pasha' s remark in the least bit offensive. He was not saying you inflict your lifestyle on anyone else, he was just having some lighthearted banter with you. Nobody on here would condemn anyone else for their way of life, all they try to do is help, encourage and jolly someone along.Maybe I was being over sensitive . I should perhaps have said that MOST of us are here because of our lifestyles and maybe that also includes u I don't know. But like I say my health problems are of my own making and I have never inflicted them on anyone either in my work or my children .And on a final note if u think I'm a poor role model u should perhaps look at many health care workers , most one the ones I work with are either overweight as I myself am ) smoke and take very little exercise .Now I sound like i'm on a mad rant. Anyway I'm off now to pig out cos i'm upset
