    6.6 before breakfast and 10.4 two hours after food.

    4.9 at 08:30. Pretty good really 'cos this has been my "relatives visiting" week, therefore a couple of treat meals out.

    Got on the scales, at last - up 4lbs. Serves me right! :oops: Back on the straight & narrow now.

    Hello All

    Hope we are well.

    I was 4.9mmol yesterday and today was 5.1mmol.

    So seem to be doing Ok-ish.

    I would love to be low 4's mmol... but were I am is OK for now.

    Got to keep pushing and getting fitter and fitter, then we may see more change.
