Hello All

Hope we are well.

I was 4.9mmol yesterday and today was 5.1mmol.

So seem to be doing Ok-ish.

I would love to be low 4's mmol... but were I am is OK for now.

Got to keep pushing and getting fitter and fitter, then we may see more change.
