Excellent! You have been working hard...Fasting 9.0
I have a cold. Been in the 9s all day. :-(
Welcome... ask your questions... someone here will know the answer for sure, and we are all here to support each other - which includes you if you so wish... Are you low-carbing? Are you on medication?10.2... Newbie ( Diagnosed Monday!)...trying to read up on type 2 Stuff...
We generally don't do any of the things you just mentioned... I'm sure the others have already told you...as a newbie where is the best place on here to ask random questions...like I want porridge for breakfast, can I use something to sweeten it & what's best..I have sugar...honey or golden syrup..at the moment I do not have any powdered sweetener x
Coo... what did you eat for breakfast to put it up to those levels? That's a spike that is...8.3 pre breakfast. and11.2 now
Happy Easter TP... I would be pleased, not worried with those readings... much more normal I think... I hate my high morning readings - my liver is a beast..... Maybe too much protein at night? So hard to tell, isn't it? One day we'll have all the answers, but for now, I reckon most of us do very well indeed....Good Afternoon all. 4.7 this morning - Yay! Am very confused though, as the past couple of months now I have been experiencing lower fasting readings in the 4's, however, this is not "normal" for me. I am worried as my evening readings are now higher than usual (e.g around 6). There seems to have been a shift and my higher readings have now changed to evenings and lower to mornings. Only thing I can attribute it to is possible hormonal changes. Does anyone else have experience of this please and is it a cause for concern?
Happy Easter Saturday!
It's very good considering you are poorly...5.3 am after a 6.1 last night, seeming a little more under control..... changed my soap.... though always rinse well.....
Brilliant!!Many thanks Susikav. 1 hour 49 minutes for Folkestone. Next stop Brighton marathon next Sunday!
Thanks Susikav and Happy Easter. Thank you for your reassurance. I'm guessing it down to those pesky hormones - any change my body doesn't seem to like too much. My digestion has also been slower of late. Have been relaxing about it all a bit more and just enjoying the weekend. I figured I will just swap my routine round again. So, bigger breakfast, exercise later in day and eat less towards end of day, see how it likes that eh!Happy Easter TP...
