4.6 today. We ate very late,at a party last night. The food was decadent, delicious, and the coconut prawns with a tamarind dipping sauce were divine, although not entirely benign I think.

4.2 before and 5.0 after eating, so no harm done. :)

Please tell me I can stay in tonight? It's been a very sociable few days, one way or another.

If it's any consolation, my fasting readings were the last to reduce, so don't be disheartened. For me, I found my readings to be "stable" then they would drop a notch. In some ways I feel a bit mean posting s parade of 4s on here, but it's about me staying on track, now I have reached the sort of levels I want to stay at, and ensure if don't go from stable to up a notch.

This diabetes can mess with my mind sometimes, so I'm playing it at its own game. :pompous:

It'll come right for you.
