I am living much the same way as you - although I never had meds... a little neuropathy in my feet too, which I hate! How do you get your numbers under 6? What do you eat in the evenings? A couple of months ago I had good readings first thing, but now I am often over 6 first thing... I've tried eating 10g carbs with cheese the night before, bullet proof hot chocolate and what have you, but nothing seems to improve it... it's all happened slowly over three months - is that normal? I'm happy you threw the meds away...
Amazing! Well done... you must have worked hard...in DEBENHAM Sales i picked up a very nice V neck sweater. I drowned in the XL (My usual size) So chose what I thought was a L size and when I got home it fitted so snug yet comfortable. Then discovered it was actually M. size I feel like a bloody 20 year old. I went out today and bought two more shirts and another medium sized sweater. If you needed motivation guys n gals its in the clothes, there's almost a Swagger in my walk which I am sure I didn't even have when I though I was the centre of the universe at 20...WOW!!
Thanks @Susikav I must admit the LCmoderate Fats has worked for me. Walking and running everyday pretty consistently has helped. It didnt feel that much like hard work, it surprised me. I have never managed a diet in my life. So happy to bank that and enjoy!!Amazing! Well done... you must have worked hard...![]()
6.9 pre-breakfast. Should I be concerned? Still not feeling 100%.
