6.1 so my good run of sub-6s has ended and I don't know why as I beat my exercise goal yesterday and the diet is going well. I also feel great this morning. Maybe a glitch. Roll on tomorrow.
7.4 fasting. Not brill but moving in the right direction and nothing that a run won't sort out later. Must remember to stay away from the bar after racketball though!
