Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

Fasting and after shower etc, I have been 4.5 to 5.8 for the last 29 days - real happy with this. Seems to be in the higher range if I eat fruit after dinner, in particular oranges.

78 mg/dl or 4.33 mmoles. Intentionally increased carbs [vegerables ] from 15 grams to 20 gram/day.

I'm ok with my 4.6 fasting this morning after a way-too-low-for-me 4.3 before bed. Get a stinking headache in the low 4's. I prefer to be in the 5.0 to 5.5 range. Feel physically well with those numbers. Some members are consistently in the 3,s. Now THAT must take some mega dedication. Have a lovely day everyone. Good health to us all. X
