Blood Glucose 5.3 mmol / L - Wahey!
Blood Ketones 0.6 mmol / L
Before bed:
Blood Glucose 5.2 mmol / L
Blood Ketones 0.1 mmol / L
Being consistently in the low 5s is my goal. Would love to be in the high 4s.
Would someone launch a hunt for summer?
