Sorry! I only ever have coffee when I have a sore throat, I don't like it when I am feeling well.

You are obviously drinking the wrong brand!

Zoega Hazienda, fair trade and organic! But for the moment we are short of cash so go for cheaper brands but still organic. Mörkrost förstås.

By the way, where did you get that pic of me before my first cup of coffee in the morning from?

Got up 90 minutes ago. Tested and 5.6. Finished drinking coffee half hour ago. Just tested again 7.9. Not eaten anything . Not convinced this coffee drinking is a good idea .........

Not sure how to stop though, easier said than done.

I would have those readings whether I had drunk coffee or had nothing at all.

Have you checked what you BG does when you don't have breakfast?

I luuuve coffee - especially with cream and have absolutely no intention of giving it up !

Hasn't done me any harm...
