UTI infections

I've just been to the doctor and I've got a water infection (again). I believe that we (diabetics) are more prone to them.

What can anyone advise to stop these from recurring? I know drink lots of water is one of them. thanks

I take cranberry juice tablets but do,check with your doctor as they can interact with a few meds.

I also make sure to carry water with me and not go too long without a drink.

I take probiotics too and try to keep my BS is range as much as possible. UTIs are horrible. I hope you're feeling better soon.
