Taken on board your suggestions to add V********s to my meals so just want to know what’s suitable and what’s the recommended portions for them? Knob of butter on the top?

I didn't use to eat much veg, but have got into them since diagnosis. I always have some packs of frozen veg in freezer, broccoli, spinach, kale, green beans, cauliflower florets, and sweetcorn - that's not recommended but I have some occasionally.2 knobs of butter, minimum![]()
I used to need a lot of butter, melted cheese or a sauce to disguise the taste, but now quite like them on their own, though I still put on the butter.
They are easy to cook, just a few minutes in steamer from frozen.
Portion size? Apart from the sweetcorn you can eat as much as you want.
