Hi Ledzeptt
....
Have you tried making your own protein shakes and smoothies? Adding wheatgrass powder / hemp protein, that sort of thing?

@Ledzeptt Hiya
...
Your diet looks tasty. Perhaps you could add more calorie dense foods such as nuts, nut butters and cheese or swap milk for cream in your drinks. These things have loads of calories but won't take up much room in your belly. My daughter puts nut butters into her shakes. Could you do that for extra calories?
Satay sauce is nice and nutty for a stir fry or for dipping veg into. Or if you are making a curry, throw in a handful of cashews. Good luck and don't be a stranger.Hi @AvocadoSevenfold
Thanks for replying and confirming you're trying to lose weight.
I haven't been eating nuts/nut butter/cream so that does sound a great way to bulk up drinks (and perhaps other food - sauces?). I do enjoy almond butter as well as the conventional peanut butter, so it'll be worth trying.
I hope your operation goes well.
Thanks again.

Thanks, the wife is allergic to rosemary@Enclave
I don't like the standard LM sausages, but I do enjoy the red onion and rosemary variation.
