Vegetarians: What have you eaten today?

B: coffee/cream
L: (stupidly hungry today!) veg chicken/mayo on toasted flax, leftover carrot salad & some grilled asparagus
D: (stupidly full now :banghead: ) planning some egg drop garlic/ginger soup but will wait & see!
 
Usual home made Alpen

Soup same as yesterday .. Yum .. With small slice of fresh bread

Tonight .. Will be lentil curry with okra .. And a small portion of rice ..

Might need a raspberry and cream snack to :)
 
B: 2 slices wholemeal toast with butter.
L: Mushroom Cupasoup & 2 slices wholemeal toast.
D: Homemade Vegetable Bake: Carrots, Broccoli, Celery, Potatoes, Red, Green, Yellow Peppers with Red Onion and Cheese Sauce.
 
B: cheese omelette
L: quark with berries, coconut and cinnamon. Decaf with soya milk.
D: Quorn peppered steak with courgettes, pepper and mushrooms in red Thai paste and phili

Snack: Jalapeno almond muffin as I made some for tomorrow and needed to quality test them :writer: :rolleyes:
 
B: Almond milk with frozen berries pea protein shake.
L: Home made new pot, pepper tortilla, with tomato onion black olives.
S: 2 x cauliflower fritter (small)
D: green salad. lentel dahl (with green a few green beans and mushrooms) with 1 x boiled egg

Tonight .. roast veggies and cauliflower cheese .. Yum
 
B: full fat yogurt and flax seeds with cinnamon
L: cucumber, olives, cheese - my usual packed lunch for work
D: omelette with cauliflower and broccoli
 
Yesterday = Thursday 14th January.

B: 1 Banana & 2 slices of Hovis Wheatgerm toasted & butter.
L: Ate out: Latte with Cheese Scone & Butter.
D: Toasted Cheese & sliced Mushrooms on Hovis Wheatgerm x 2.

At 7.30pm - small slice of shop bought Tiramisu.

Raspberries and cream later ..

I need to start looking for new idea recepies .. But that will have to wait untill February .. Motivation levels are not so good in January .. Enjoying making pots of homemade soup .. Hope to make some tomorrow ..

L: 2 slices Hovis Wheatgerm toasted with butter.
D: Shop bought Balsamic Onion & Mature Cheddar Cheese Quiche, with Coleslaw & Potato Salad & Sliced Gherkins.

Later 7pm: 4 Shortbread Finger Biscuits.

I'm a bit the same - comes in fits & starts with me & I find I just have to get in there & do it whether I feel like it or not :) I'm trying out a new recipe for low carb okonomiyaki later this week - will post it in the low carb recipe section if it's any good.
 
Love reading what people are eating, I will post some recipes soon.
B:Scrambled egg mushrooms, tomato, + slice of avocado
L: Whole meal Pasta(30g) salad with chickpeas and veggies
S: handfull almonds
D: 1 small glass red wine, stir fry with marinated tofu
 
Yesterday I had

B: cheese omelette
L: chia, mixed berries and coconut pudding, soya decaf
D: Quorn chilli and cheese, spiced rum and coke
Snack: a 9 bar
 
Today.

B: 1 Banana & small glass of coconut juice.
L: 2 slices Hovis Wheatgerm toasted with butter & peanut butter.
D: Vegetables cooked in Tomato sauce - (Celery, Onion, Red & Yellow Peppers, Celery, Grated Carrot, Tomato Puree, Rapeseed Oil vegetable Oxo) and served on Basmati Rice.
 
B: soya decaf
L: cheese on toast (Lidl roll)
D: Quorn chilli and cheese again
Snack: Lidl habanero chilli almonds
