Being diabetic lol.
Hi. I have eaten for dinner - little sausages with bacon wrapped around them (yum), salad and coleslaw (Asda extra special one) with a glass of Pepsi max. It was a delicious meal (I’m v fussy with food - I was near veggie). My blood sugar 2 hrs after (I sat on sofa but did put some washing on) was - drum roll…….5.2. I wish I could insert a dancing bear here lol. Thank you to you all who told me to stop eating potatoes. Xxxxx.
 
Superb. That feeling you get when you give diabetes its first black eye using food you love almost makes it worth becoming diabetic to begin with. Well done.
