thanks - yes soup has been a staple for the last two weeks - but was looking for snacky things, as I have to eat 6 small meals per day. Greek yogurt is already on the list !Oh wow! Best wishes on your recovery from the cancer and the op. That must have been one hellovan experience.
My only suggestion for the yogurts would be to have Greek. They tend to be thicker (more concentrated) so there will be a bit more protein. I love the coconut yog called Coyo, but I just checked and they are only 1.9g protein/100g, so not what you are looking for at all.
Can you take soup?
thanks so much !!!I can’t help with your question but I just wanted to wish you a speedy recovery x
thanks - tried skyr once before and couldn't take the taste - but I shall try again as the protein looks good !https://www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/287960541?
4% carbs
11% protein
How does that look? Best of luck for the recovery too.
thanks !I also want to wish you a successful and speedy recovery.
they gave me some at the hospital but I can't remember what brand they were !@charliebarker hope you recovery goes well and that You soon feel better. Are there any fruity yogurts that are low carb enough with good protein does anyone know?
thanks - will try !I like the Arla 20g protein things. They are about 13g carbs per 200g pot. They are quark not yoghurt but usually found with yoghurt!
Hope you are feeling better soon.
thanks so much !!!
