Oh one of those free samples was lying on my doormat when I got home from holiday earlier this week. Just looked at the packet. Was it tasty enough to be worth using the 7g net carbs it contains?
Hi. Be a bit careful. Polyols can cause you to go to the toilet a lot and still have half the carb value relative to their weight. As long as your meter readings stay OK then the bar may be useful.
I was tempted to have it just now with my afternoon coffee however I have a cold and sore throat which is messing with my blood sugars so wouldn’t be a fair test today. My fav Carb Killa is the minty one tooIt was quite nice. Think I prefer the carb killas (mostly mint one) but I’d eat again.
It was the 7g that worries me but doesn’t seem to have done anything. If I get again will check again as not sure my sugars are doing anything they should today.
