I've been taking vitamins & supplements for years ie cranberry, glucosamine, omega 3 & multi vitamins does anyone know if any of them adversely affect bg levels at all?

I don't know the answer tbh but a Google search might throw up some information. I take Cod liver Oil and never noticed it effecting my bg levels, I also use to take a garlic supplement but stopped that around 2 years ago, again I never noticed any difference.

I take a few and never noticed them affecting BG levels. Some tablets have a sugary coating but minimal amounts, not worth accounting for. Whether or not vitamins etc actually do any good is another thread entirely lol !

I could be wrong but I'm sure I heard that large amounts of vitamin C can raise BG numbers.
