Hi glad things are working out for you. I went off the rail a bit, things been going on & often couldn't eat properly. I've had health problems & another baby coming in couple months. Second grandchild. I feel they don't care, no info no advise & trying to get an appiontment is like travelling to the moon. Snywsy good luck hope things go well for you x
 
@ikihun hi my daughter has just had a similar op and I can only say how much I admire the determination and strength you both have to positively change your lives I wish you luck and everything you hope for tizzy

Bland liver shrinking diet is getting boring now. Just til Wednesday evening though. Then liquid diet after op til I've healed more. But with little hunger rather than my low carb hungers which caused higher calorie intake for my often immobile body.
Cheese and nuts are great liver dumping cavaliers but very heavy on calories. I ended up eating more and more which stopped any weight loss. I couldn't win. Reduced my insulin by half too. :)
Liver shrinking diet not as good as that. Reduced insulin but fbg 16s.

Im sure they will call my specialist who is very supportive.
I'm working on keeping active and LSDiet rules, obeyed.

I've kept off the weight I needed to qualify. Shame my bgs haven't improved though. Roll on Thursday as my operation morning. :) :) :)
