My wife tells me that her sister, who is T2D, has started on Insulin, with one injection a week. I don't know much about Insulin regimes but I haven't heard of that before. Is that likely and how does it work?
I know someone who has Trulicity weekly. He said it was insulin too, perhaps becasue he associates injecting something for diabetes as insulin?
He sid it make his wee a lot, so I dont think he is on insulin, but i didnt argue the point with him. He is 82 and has probably forgotten more than I have ever known.
More likely to be my wife misunderstanding on the phone. Mention of diabetes and injecting probably meant she heard Insulin whatever my SIL actually said.a rather worrying one as it implies your sister in law has little to no understanding of the medication she is injecting.
