Weekly weigh in - Fridays

The satiaty will be the biggest help. I'm having to correct errors in childhood but longterm.
Something I should have been educated in but was missing from my childhood. I may have been IR even at 6yrs old. I didn't crave sugar but excessive protein and large portions of bread and potatoes with pastries homemade. All huge carb filled meals and bribery treats. A huge appetite which caused a 18st 13yr old girl. Until milkshakes made by weider via Argos in 1984/5.

I am 128.00kgs this morning but haven't been taking my water tablets religiously. No IBS loose tummy for a week or so either. So may be constipated from a cheap diet last week.
Out shopping the next few days to fill up cupboards.
Protein protein protein.

Hope everyone who is fighting their weight, it's with success.

73Kg I'm keeping under 80g carbs and eating under about 800 calories a day but am still gaining weight not good.

I and Judith think the preds are slowly but surely gaining ground again.

Coming in at 106kg now which is 16 stone and 10 lbs which is fantastic, broke that plateau of mine by eating more, who knew?

We cannot fully outrun meds which have weight gain as a side effect.
I wish more meds had weight loss as a side effect!!! These pharmaceutical companies need to do more. Its not a one man fight. It should never be.
We are right to get specialists to do sonething or give them the power to.

Kicking off Friday with a non event of nothing - nothing gained - nothing lost.

Contemplating fasting as seems to be the only way to not drink at the mo but with a marathon coming up in 2 weeks it's a bit late to radically change the training regime!

Oh well looks like I'm going to have to lug near on 18 stone round the 26.2 mile course and hit a bit of fasting after the event.

Have a great weekend Losers (and Gainers and Maintainers).

128.00kgs again this morning. So a safe distance from 133.00kg. Just need to keep as much weight off until Wednesday afternoon. Ironically higher bgs from less insulin isn't too heavy. In 10-20s. Even with small amounts of non sugary carbs (e.g potato or porridge). No Dapagliflozin now. thrush not as aggressive. Hoping it disappears thoroughly before going on the ward.

All the best for Wednesday @ickihun

So.....Kicking off this Friday as a Loser!

2Llb lost so only have to lug 17 stone 8Llbs around the marathon next Saturday. There is a formula that relates weight loss to running speed and reckon I'll have saved myself say about 2 minutes!!

Have a great week.
