I weighed in as 129.20kgs on Friday evening. So holiday added kgs nearly gone. Should be looking good for final weigh-in pre-op.
The satiaty will be the biggest help. I'm having to correct errors in childhood but longterm.oh, thanks for the information on the milkshakes and how you manage...
I am so happy to find you have finally gotten the operation date... wishing all the best for you and a fine recovery.... afterward, I love people with a personality of their own... sometimes we are by the way also in need of it if a lot goes wrong and we have to fight along our steps in life...
I have read that most feel satiated after the operation and don´t need to eat much.. some need injections of vitamin B12 for the rest of their life... but that is manageable , hope you are among those that do fine with the operation...
best wishes <3
We cannot fully outrun meds which have weight gain as a side effect.73Kg I'm keeping under 80g carbs and eating under about 800 calories a day but am still gaining weight not good.
I and Judith think the preds are slowly but surely gaining ground again.
The right food can conquer the world.Coming in at 106kg now which is 16 stone and 10 lbs which is fantastic, broke that plateau of mine by eating more, who knew?
Thanks @Daphne917. Soooo nervous and excited for it's help.Well done @ickihun you’re getting there slowly but surely. Hope all goes well with the op xx
Good luck and hope it works for you. I'ts been a long time coming but not long now. Thanks @Daphne917. Soooo nervous and excited for it's help.
Weigh-in the the 3rd, then liver shrinking diet.
All the best for Wednesday @ickihun128.00kgs again this morning. So a safe distance from 133.00kg. Just need to keep as much weight off until Wednesday afternoon. Ironically higher bgs from less insulin isn't too heavy. In 10-20s. Even with small amounts of non sugary carbs (e.g potato or porridge). No Dapagliflozin now. thrush not as aggressive. Hoping it disappears thoroughly before going on the ward.
