Weekly weigh in - Fridays

I forgot to post weight yesterday, but I was 138 lbs, 1 lb more than the previous four Fridays.

Right. Starting again. Starting point is 130.30kgs lost 1kg last week but I'm happy to state this new weight to keep things accurate.
Looking forward to next week. Hate my scales at mo.

Forgot to post yesterday, weighed yesterday 9st 7.1lbs so a loss of just over a pound, target weigh initially was 9st 7lbs but now looking at 9st 6.2lbs so a pound to go, fingers crossed

91 kg Cant wait to be under 90 kg soon
I am sure you will be there very soon - I was in the same position earlier this year and felt so good when it finally happened so I know you will be delighted when the scales finally drop below the 90kg.
Best wishes,

Today I weigh 100.4 kilos.... which by my reckoning is more than last week . I wonder why I keep losing a kilo and putting it back on. Gonna be the most exercised kilo in history!

yay ..... finally lost some weight - a mix of the 5:2 and levo ??

At the start of the week I was 84.3 and this morning 82.3 ... so 2kg off (4.4 lbs) ...

My first tartge is to get under 80 kgs .. then continue with reducing targets every 5 kg

Good morning. I've lost 2lbs!! I'm delighted. This is my first weight loss since I returned to low carb on 3rd October.

14/10 - Good Morning. I remain the same as the last 4 weeks = 13 stone exact.
Well Done to @mo53

After giving up posting since my scales were "stuck" (or perhaps more accurately my weight was!) I weighed myself today and appear have have lost a couple of kilos over the last few weeks- which is quite surprising as I've been very inactive for the last month or so due to a bad fall. It'll be interesting to see if it stays off!

It's probably fluid and not "proper" weight loss/gain? While I was losing weight, i found that it would oscillate like that for a while before it finally stabilized at the lower level.

Weighed today 9st 6.2lbs....I have reached my goal weight
I have now lost half my body weight in 15 months. I am taking the positive from being diagnosed T2 diabetic back in July 15 because without it I would never have changed my life style and lost all the weight. I reversed my diabetes in 3 months, my last HbA1c in May this year was 31, have next check in November. I feel fitter, stronger, more energy and so much happier, now the fun begins.....maintaining this weight
