Time for Plan B I think. I've given up sugar, but I haven't given up Stevia and Sucralose sweeteners. Also time to cut right down on my red wine intake too!

That happens sometimes, but at least it is a loss and hopefully you will get a greater loss next week to make up for it.Only managed 1.3lbs this week which has felt a bit deflating after the last few weeks loss being a bit higher... Not knowingly changed anything with my diet/exercise so was expecting a better result but sometimes it just be like that!
Ah well onwards and upwards to try again for the next week!

Wow, that's amazing and a great encouragement to continue.3kgs down this week. It’s the first week of LCHF so I don’t expect anything like as much off next week (water weight). But chuffed as anything and confident I can carry on.
