Weekly weigh in - Fridays

Nothing lost, but nothing gained this week.

It's my birthday today, so now I've weighed I can eat my cake!
(Actually, I'm having a sirloin steak and fried mushrooms for lunch.)

Time for Plan B I think. I've given up sugar, but I haven't given up Stevia and Sucralose sweeteners. Also time to cut right down on my red wine intake too!

Only managed 1.3lbs this week which has felt a bit deflating after the last few weeks loss being a bit higher... Not knowingly changed anything with my diet/exercise so was expecting a better result but sometimes it just be like that!

Ah well onwards and upwards to try again for the next week!

That happens sometimes, but at least it is a loss and hopefully you will get a greater loss next week to make up for it.
