Brilliant progress.85.1, .8kg down on last week. Happy with that, Saturday was a "just cos" treat day, and had Icecream. 13.4 kg down. that's 13.4ltrs of haagen dazs!. Good luck to all this week

Wow, that is amazing Jim - and well done on being in the 16s! Eyeballing seems to work well for you, I must say!I had a very strict week and lost 4lbs and dipped below 17st at 16st 13.6 lbs.
I just eyeballed my food and didn’t weigh anything, which is a big step forward as well.
