Weekly weigh in - Fridays

THIS THREAD IS A YEAR OLD TODAY!!!
Happy Birthday! ♡♥♡

With all your exercise you might be building muscle, which weighs more than fat. Hopefully you'll start to lose again soon.

Fasting doesn't seem to have kicked in yet. I'm 141.8 lbs today, the same as last two Fridays.

Hi Prem51
I had same problem until this week I had stuck for three weeks when someone I think it was Freema said I met be eating too much protein has this turns to sugar if you overeat it.
So I cut it out with my lunches and eat it at evening meal and it started to move again. I fast everyday from 5 pm to 11 am following day,so only eat between the hours of 11 am and 5 pm.
I also do occasional 24 hr fasting,I have done this since 15/1/17 and so far lost nearly a stone in weight.
With lots of loss of body fat has I do no eat carbs has they spike my BG levels. Hope the info will be of help to you, good luck K

Thank you Freema it's taken a long time and this site to gain the understanding!

Down another 1.1 kg to 101.9 kg.

First time I've been under 16 stones for many a year
Congratulations
I lost 0.5kg, from 79.4 kg to 78.9 kg, which is exactly on target. After my plateau during my trip to Paris, I am now back on track. Yay!

8.8 kg lost so far this year, and I have officially lost the 10% my doctor recommended. Now for the next 10%.
Well done, good luck

Go gently young lady, we don't want you to hurt yourself. Maybe just try tweaking things rather than radically changing?

I wish I was sciency enough to have any sensible answers for you!! All I can say is You Go Girl!!.

Honey, so sorry to hear of your distress. All I can suggest really is little steps and tiny goals. This might help with the guilt and also lift your spirits when you achieve success. So, you've signed up for the LCHF programme. Week one is not so hard? You can do it.Not sure what you drink during the day, I just swapped sugar for sweetner and stopped fizzy drinks. Took a few days, but knowing I'd done something positive helped me get over the taste change. Please don't beat yourself up. Happy days are ahead.

Rock on kiddo!!

Nice to see you. Take care, stress not good All work and no play.....
