Weekly weigh in - Fridays

I'm 142.0 lbs today, so roughly the same as the 141.8 lbs I've been at for the last 4 weeks. Perhaps this is the weight my body wants to stay at.
I'm not clever enough to know the answer to the weight question, but your bloods are always good, so your diet must be on the right lines. That's good.:)
 
That's fantastic. I love the way you casually mentioned, dropped a couple of dress sizes!! The lack of health problems is wonderful. Very happy for you.:happy:

When I started this new eating plan I tried keto not really serious keto but I don't eat carbs has they spike my BG and I do intermittent fasting every day eating between hours of 11 am and 5 pm, brunch instead of lunch and breakfast and an evening meal, and occasional days I would fast for 24 hrs .
I lost body fat quiet quickly and most of a stone in weight in six weeks, not lost every week since I stuck for Three weeks and reduced protein to one main meal,lots of veg protein at evening meal,lunch I have Mackerel and side salad or omelette filled with mushrooms tomatoes anything you like but not protein again side salad. Hope this gives you a weight loss too, good luck. K
 
Can't remember what my last Friday weight was, but I'm now down to 9st 8lbs
 
76.3kg today, lost .8kg last week, :) Seen the nurse today. Very happy as slowing down on the calorie control now, my BMI is 23.2, and I've lost over 4 stones (25+kg) since 1 October, 10+ inches round my waist and gone from a size 20 to 14. Had a blood test today, and now waiting with baited breath to see what my HbA1c will be (was 51.7%). Couldn't have done it without diabetes.co.uk and you guys in the forums. Thank you.:joyful::happy::joyful:

I'm down to 78.5 kg, so down 0.4 kg this week. Haven't been able to walk anywhere this week because of weather - very irritating. I've also been having cravings because of time of the month, though I've mainly managed to resist.

With your programme and attitude, I've no doubt you'll get there. We're in this for the long haul.:)

What a world we live in. You need to take on board more fat when the rest of society seems to consider fat the enemy. Keep trying, I understand that it's difficult for you.:(

We have all been conditioned to think of fat as the enemy. However, after 6 months on LCHF I now realise it is probably one of the biggest scams ever perpetrated. Losing weight and not hungry - you can't ask for more.

Yes, the first time I was told fat filled you up I just shrugged it off. Now I experience it every day:) I understand it is a massive trick of the mind to get round. I get how hard it is for @carty to eat more. Tricky when you sated. :(
 
It took me two years but I was on Neil Barnard's vegan diet that features ancient grains. Sometimes now, I even slip under 22

Yeah, sorry to be a bit yucky, but I still have a bit of an "over hanging" tummy. Ab exercises are tricky for me as I have a hernia. I'm trying not to get fixated on it and hoping it will reduce in tit's own time!!!:rolleyes:
 
Good morning weighed 140.6 last week and 140.2 this week. Only lost 0.4 . Not enough swimming this week. Never mind , there's always next week.
Your blood numbers are good, as you say next week...:)
