Weight loss is good. Being fit is also good and will have long term benefits. I am not sure being ripped has any notable benefits though.actually very accurately.. I eat like 16200 calories a week and burn at fitness 5800-6600 calories plus what I burn on a normal day sedentary lifestyle which I think is around 7 x 1450 calories = 10150 calories
so 16167 minus 16750 calories burned when excercising the most ...
well that explains it all... seems I only have a deficit of 500-1000 calories a weekwell then it is hard to loose a lot... last week a deficit of 765 calories.. or about that...
think I must aim for like 1800 calories on average instead ... to loose like 0.5 kg
the bodytracker at my fitness says I have gained 1.6 kg of muscles in 9 days... and then 0.4 kg in the next week.... not really sure if that can be true at all.. and my fat mass has gone down too... don´t think it is even possible at all for a woman..Freulein Schwartzenegger raising
Had scan this morning at 8.30am, even though felt unwell. Breating still irratic in exertion. It wrecked me, I've just woke from sleep.it's a realistic gain. Whereas a healthy weight loss is a pound a month not ocunting water weight, you can lose a dress size, be mroe fit and weigh the same. Been there, don't that
Still need a flab want
I ate your piece of cake so it wouldn't tempt you. Nice of me, huh?
What is lansoprazol?
hysteroctomy last resort. think can go wrong
I think I've been confusing myself.OMG I've lost again wow 126.50kg, I checked twice. So...I was 129.90kg 2 weeks ago. With no lost last week.
I've lost 3.40kgs = 7.5lb.
I knew I had water retention but wow! It's starting to show on my face now. I'm delighted.
Thanks for your kind words Callyandy. Maybe I should have kept to the rhubarb plan as I may have had a better weight loss than .1 this week. Ah wellNo such thing as letting the side down. We all have ups and downs. Better not to worry about slow weeks when you're feeling poorly, wait till your on the mend then resume normal service. Until then, your birthday comes once a year, enjoy your rhubarb
Excellent news regarding your scanHad scan this morning at 8.30am, even though felt unwell. Breating still irratic in exertion. It wrecked me, I've just woke from sleep.
Was told nothing looking suspicious. He even checked my right ovary and surrounding area. I'm delighted with its findings.
Back to cardiologist now.
Wow hysterectomies still going wrong!
I guess in keeping with other ops!
Ps. Lansoprazol is a Proton pump inhibitor.
Hugs to you, good luck with your search.everybody, consider making this water kefir. It is not the milk kind so it is great for people trying to keep off milk products in general. Heal yer gut stuff

Eyesight back. Typing with some sight tonight.
For example, I can't even read my own message - only part makes sense.
Flabectomy, that's what I need.
Scary abdominal scan results, now trying to find a good doc since the one I was referred to by another doc does not exist.
Hmmm, I'm no expert (definitely not!) but I have read about some peeps kick starting weight loss again by shocking the system, having a short time of high carbs. There is some science around it, but I can't recite it (perhaps someone else can help us out here). Maybe trawl around some likely diet threads to see if you can find it? Otherwise, you have lost that 1lb so maybe you've started the loss again anyway. I've just read my post back and it doesn't make much senseGood morning 140 lbs. I have taken off the 1 lb I put on last week. I do seem to be stuck.
Super duper!0.4kg off this week. Pleased with that as had 5 days away from home. Down 8.3kg overall since starting low carb.
You are very welcome. This pesky wagon holds quite a few of usFallen off the wagon and feel frustrated. Will be joining you lovely ladies and gentlemen every Friday now for a weigh in. Today's weight 14st 6 lbs -which I think is 91.5 kg
Nope, birthday's come first!! We prefer little and often when it comes to weightloss, Don't panic all is good. However, we do like rhubarb, with a dollop of cream. Thanks for your kind words Callyandy. Maybe I should have kept to the rhubarb plan as I may have had a better weight loss than .1 this week. Ah well
Thanks for the info, I may well try this,...ah well 79.5 but the March celebrations are behind me so now I have no excuses until December. Celebrated my birthday last night at a local sizzling pub (part of M&B) and it was really good. Since I was ill for 3 weeks after my last meal out I was a bit nervy about going anywhere new even though I am sure it was only the problem with the "water" that caused it.
So happy to report I have a new addition to my list of eateries and now have 2 national chains on my list. I checked the nutritional info on line beforehand. I guess the data sheet would be behind the bar somewhere. The steak is served on a bed of onions and was 75 carbs which must have included the chips. I did sneak one medium sized chip and can honestly declare I like my diet doctor celeriac chips better. When hubby had dessert I had glazed chicken wings (5 carbs) and someone sneaked a couple of those grrrr. The gammontastic apparently would have been lower in carbs but I invented a justification for steak and it was my birthday. Everything served perfectly including my soda water. Our waiter said they do serve burgers without the bun. I cannot remember what it was called. It was not on the menu but I think it is useful to know. We can do an online review so we will include something about that.
Great news, well done.I was weighed on Wednesday and I've finally started losing again! I've lost just over 2 lbs so I'm now 11 st 2
