actually very accurately.. I eat like 16200 calories a week and burn at fitness 5800-6600 calories plus what I burn on a normal day sedentary lifestyle which I think is around 7 x 1450 calories = 10150 calories
so 16167 minus 16750 calories burned when excercising the most ...
well that explains it all... seems I only have a deficit of 500-1000 calories a week




well then it is hard to loose a lot... last week a deficit of 765 calories.. or about that...
think I must aim for like 1800 calories on average instead ... to loose like 0.5 kg
the bodytracker at my fitness says I have gained 1.6 kg of muscles in 9 days... and then 0.4 kg in the next week.... not really sure if that can be true at all.. and my fat mass has gone down too... don´t think it is even possible at all for a woman..
