Weekly weigh in - Fridays

Weight stayed the same this week - been unwell, with a cold, blood glucose readings higher than normal, so just taking it a little easier and hoping to feel a lot better soon.

21/10 - Good Morning.:)
I remain the same as last week, and for the last 4 weeks = 13 stone exact. Well Done @mo53 at your weight loss, your LCHF is kicking in :).

I weighed 141 lbs today, up 3 lbs from two weeks ago due to overindulging on holiday last week.

I've added 4kgs over the 6wks holidays. Weighed in today at 133kgs which needs to be halved. Grocery shopping on tuesday and reducing my insulin and restarting r-ala supplement tomorrow.
Just found this. I weighed this morning as 131.00kgs. No loss since last weigh-in thou. A few weeks ago I weighed 130.20kgs.
Seeing dn on 15th november, so I'll weigh myself again then. Hoping for a loss.

Stable at 69.9kg for 3.5 months now. 5 years ago 115kg....new me is the right size and weight and with a slight adjustment on LCHF, my weight drop stopped and stabilised:)

Today I weigh 100.4 kilos.... which by my reckoning is more than last week :(. I wonder why I keep losing a kilo and putting it back on. Gonna be the most exercised kilo in history!

I think if you do walk a lot more than before you are probably building mucles.. but if I was you I´d count calories like find out how many calories there is in your favorite breakfast and find out how much you should actually eat in that meal and then reduce to the excactly same size of meal every breakfast , and the same in the two other meals a day... if you do not get more than 1600 calories pro day and still do take your walks every day you will loose eventually and steady... take control and do it that way it works... I have stalled a bit after loosing the first 16 -17 kg´s .. but am still loosing a bit every week anyways except from one week that is if you are truly low carb... and not too high in the total calories.

you can do that and you will and it will make you happy

oh I forgot to loose 1 kg you need to eat 7700 calories less in 1 week.... and the same in 2 weeks if you want to loose 1 kg in 2 weeks

@Liam1955 thank you for all the encouragement. I have a long way to go:)

@mo53 - Yes, but you are doing it right in losing 2 to 4lbs at anyone time. In doing this there is more chance you will keep it off. A lot of people tend to lose a lot of weight in one go, and then put it all back on plus more. :)

Weighed today 9st 4.5lbs so a loss of just under 2lbs, wasn't planning on loosing any more, maybe because I've been ill this week, will see next week

Hope you feel better soon :). Well Done on weight loss.

No weigh in for last week - I was away on holiday so no scales to stand on and I know the last couple of weeks I have seen no change.
I will weigh in again this weekend as per my normal routine.
Well done to all of you and do keep posting I find it really helpful to know how you are all getting on especially when I am struggling.

Friday morning has arrived and weighed in at 102 kgs, Delighted after I feared what 10 days in the Islands would do. Have to break the 102 kgs barrier now.

Totally agree with srobertson06 "Well done to all of you and do keep posting I find it really helpful to know how you are all getting on especially when I am struggling".

28/10 - Morning Folks and a Welcome to @AnnJohnston :). Again my weight has remained at 13 stone exact ( that's 6 weeks remained the same) Had my Diabetic Review at the Hospital a few days ago and the Diabetologist wants another 1 stone shed - have got 6 months to loose it!!???? William

Good morning, I think I have gained 1 lb this week. :( The only thing that has been different is I ate more fish last week and more swimming .
