I look up on lots of different low carb recipe sites online some by tv chefs like Tom Kerridges book I bought recently he has lost over 11 stone and his diet is all low carbs, diet doctor, etc but I keep the carbs very low or none existent mostly if I've not got time to do a new recipe I stick with small amounts of meat once a week, but it's usually fish, chicken with any amount of above ground veg, half a plate at least to fill up on.
omelettes filled with mushrooms peppers chorizo or other deli meat small amount cheese tomatoes, anything you like it's only small portions in an omelette. And put a side salad with it,if you want a change lunchtime I have fish and salad mostly mackeral either grilled or cooked in butter, only use healthy fats olive oil or butter for cooking or for dressings.
I haven't got round to the forum recipes yet been very busy, but I enjoy the variety of cooking from scratch so when I can I do a new recipe at least one a week, this week,it was the diet doctor sausage and veg gratin with sour cream and dejon mustard everyone liked it,I used creme fraise instead of sour cream Has supermarket didn't have it. Hope you get some idea of what I eat from the list but experiment with recipes and enjoy just keep the carbs low, but I also do intermittent fasting it's not for everyone and it takes some getting used to but I don't have to count carbs or calories and that is a bonus for me can't be doing with listing every morsel, but that's me!
