I am diabetic 1 and have lost weight using the green day diet and slimming world !! Would recommend it !! Good diet lots of food you can eat and healthy !! Good luck !!

You all are posting here your great experiences. I have also lost 20lbs in two weeks. I was just take lot of care about my diet and exercise. According to me if you want to loss weight you should take low fat and carbohydrates in your diet. And with that you should also take some exercise like cycling or running. Must try it. I hope you feel the difference.
