I was diagnosed as diabetic a few months ago. Since June I have lost 10kg following a low carb diet.
My BS levels haven’t actually improved that much (52, 48, 49) but I can’t stop losing weight.
Is this normal? I’m at a weight that I am happy with. I’m eating quite a lot of high fat foods, I’m not hungry and dont really have the appetite to eat more.
Do you think it is worth mentioning this to the doctor? Or is it just a side effect of cutting out the junk from my diet?
