I have been on the LCHF diet since 8th Jan when I was diagnosed with pre diabetes ( blood test 45) At first I lost 2.5kg easily and thought 'cracked it' re the weight loss. Since then I have stayed exactly the same until the last couple of days when I seem to have actually put on 1kg. My eating is the same very controlled and even though I am not counting cals they are usually around the 800-950 cal mark. Could the difficulty be anything to do with my underactive thyroid, I am on 150 Thyroxine daily.
I am eating well and am never hungry, but only eating all the foods I am allowed to eat with no cheating, so I am so disillusioned at the mo.
I am working to Carbs 45g = 15%, Fat 73g = 55% and Protein 90g = 30%
This is just a guide I use on MyFitness Pal but the carbs are usually much less than 45g in fact the last 3 days were 19g, 31g and 23g carbs only
Any guidance will be gratefully received.
