Is the health trainer at your GP's practice or do you go somewhere else for this? My GP doesn't have anyone on their staff with this 'title', so I'm wondering if they're somewhere else.

Hi, The Health Trainer has a room in the local library at the moment. As from the 3rd November I will be transferring to a Health Centre on the other side of Southampton where I think they are holding an open class similar to WeightWatchers.
