The fiasp has given me more stable bgs .i think its made by same people who do nova rapid its just mewer and faster acting x

....is very scrummy ....especially with clotted cream.........guess the diet is on hold....

Gardening done for today.....bought some vegetable plants on way home from work to grow at home and planted them up....two cucumber plants, a red and yellow pepper and a butternut squash....hoping I can manage to nurture them for long enough for them to grow bigger before the snails find them....also some round carrots to grow in containers....

....feet up and relaxing for the rest of the day with cheesy vegetable filo pie for dinner....(being prepared as we speak by resident chef)....

I looked at the BBC's work of science fiction and fantasy known as the weather forecast and thought perhaps I should slip into something a little summery. It didn't last long the neighbours complained about me in a bikini mowing the front lawn. Must have been the combination of white socks with sandels.
