Afternoon all

Well I'm aching after an afternoon of kids. At least we kept the wee one contained and entertained. (I dont mean a cage I mean to one room as she sure knows how to make a mess) I got covered in icecream and chocolate courtesy of a cornetto wielded by a youngster. And hubby got covered in nectarine. Good day all round lol.

Today I'm off for a walk and food shopping. And tonight something inappropriate on tv.

Good morning early riser, good morning everyone.
It’s HbA1c day today with added bonuses including urine sample testing, weighing, feet jabbing, eye staring, general poking and prodding as well as some teeth sucking and random finger waving by Dora the diabetic nurse.
I have an estimate from the mySugr app so will be interesting to see how that compares.
