What are you doing now and humorous banter.

Mornin’ all. Sunny and bright here. Cat was out all night. Might have been gallivanting. Probably he forgot how to work the cat flap.

Mòrning all have a great day

Good morning early riser, good morning everyone.
A late start this morning, again. Could get used to this.
Just having my first cuppa of the day before I decide what to do.
Some football going on yesterday, so I have been informed. So glad I missed it :***:
Double bin day so best get my finger out. Have a great day :)

Morning dunelm

Well it cant make its mind up in Dudley today - It's sunny at the moment but everything is sodden.

Not sure what to do today - hubby in bed, he's had a bad night the poor wee lamb (secretly he was probably playing computer games til the early hours. How do I know well he wasnt in bed at 3am when I got up to use the bathroom and there were no snore noises from downstairs. Naughty boy)

Saying that might drag him into town for a walk around, there must be something I can buy ;)

Enjoy your day

Just been watching a documentary called “The Magic Pill” on Netflix. It’s 90 minutes long but if anyone wants to know about reversing T2 diabetes like I did, getting off insulin and the possibility of getting rid of some of the nasty modern mental and physical ailments then perhaps watch it and decide if HFLC can work for them.

Ooo, I like the new name spacing, Karen, mother of the fairygod. Yes, as long as it’s the god that wears wellies and likes a sit down and a cuppa.

Thinking about how I can help others and still get on and enjoy my life. A hard balancing act being the youngest.

Not sure what’s to be munched tonight. Just had a kidney scare, from tests for Consultant.
Wicked witch was aboard the broom methinks as just had scare scotched by GP tests so aim to be indulging in all the delicious kidney unfriendly food I’d put at the back of the cupboard!
Avocado, pulses, tomatoes, strong cheddar, . . . May have to be fajitas with all the toppings.
