Oh yes…. Been there too. I spent a number of years in South Africa and experienced this tea: Tick Tock Original Rooibos Tea.Any ideas most welcome please.
I found that I love Kombucha. Definitely refreshing for this time of year if served cold and it's good for you. I get 24 with 3 mixed flavours from AmazonI'm struggling with finding something to drink, I'm bored silly of tea and water. I like the occasional mint tea. I also have to be careful of citrus fruit because of my sensitive teeth. I can't stand coffee. Any ideas most welcome please.
Sugar free squash with hot water works for me, similar to herbal tea but with a stronger fruit flavour. I also am not a fan of plain water (unless my bs levels are high, then I just drink bucket loads!) but I quite enjoy a mug of hot water occasionally.I'm struggling with finding something to drink, I'm bored silly of tea and water.
